HALF MARATHON, 10 AND 3KM FOOT RACES
Saturday, May 19th 2012 - 10:00 am (21 & 10km) 10:10am (3km)
It's over 30 years since a group of crazy locals kicked off the original Mount Beauty Marathon. It has now become an institution. Locals from the Albury-Wodonga and Shepparton areas look forward to their annual visit to the valley, as do locals and a number of keen athletes from Melbourne and Adelaide .
All participants will be in the draw for a new bike to be given away at presentations. KANGAROO HOPPET Inc. and the MOUNT BEAUTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE invite you to join us for one of Australia 's most scenic runs. This event caters for families and serious runners alike. There are refreshments provided at the finish line, and heaps of spot prizes to be given away along with placegetters' medallions at the presentations.
Organisers are always keen to enlist the help of volunteers on the day of the race. If you would like to be part of the activity as a volunteer please contact
