On this page you’ll find an online application form for our upcoming markets. If you’d like to have a stall, select your preferred market below, then click on the date the market is being held, provide us with some information about your stall, and complete your application. Once your application is approved, your credit card will be charge with the stall fee. You can book multiple Monthly Markets at once by clicking ‘add time’ after selecting the date on the calendar - select another date and add it to your booking. Special event markets (such as Christmas, New Year’s Day and Easter markets) will need to be booked individually.
If you are an existing stall holder, you will be be able to create an account to avoid having to provide all your stall information every time you book.
If you are a first time stall holders, you will also need to provide us with a copy of your certificate of insurance before your first market by emailing it to mountbeautymarket@gmail.com.
A few details about holding a stall are below...
Stall rental and stall holder positions are at the discretion of the Mount Beauty Market Co-Ordinator.
Applications for stalls closes 5pm on the Wednesday prior to market.
Market stalls are $30 for an area of approx. 3m x 3m, an invoice will be issued after you have booked and payment is required 4 days prior to market. .
All stallholders need to have their own public liability insurance, with a copy to be provided prior to their first market. Insurance is available for one day via My Market Insurance
Stallholders are encouraged to be set up and ready to trade by 9am, and stay for the entirety of the event, packing up from 1pm (within reason).
Alpine Shire Council has forbidden the use of tent pegs due to possible damage to underground irrigation lines. Tents should be weighted down appropriately with sand bag or the like.
Tents, covers and all stall equipment must be erected securely and weighted or secured at all times.
Car parking is available for unloading and set up, however stallholders’ cars will need to be moved prior to the start of the market to allow for visitor parking.
Committee members will be on-site to assist with market set up from 7am on the day of the market. Please advise us if you plan to arrive any earlier so we can give you instructions on where to set up.
In the event of wet weather, we will be able to access the Community Centre and move the market inside.
