Welcome to the home of true olive artisans, Kiewa Estate in the beautiful alpine region of Victoria, which is fast becoming a gourmet food and wine producing area.
Our quality olives are grown on the banks of the Kiewa River and their oil is extracted using the cold pressed method, naturally decanted and bottled on the estate.
We grow four different types of olive for oil production each developing their own distinctive flavour. For the table two varieties are cultivated, Queen Klamata and Sevillano. We also produce a range of distinctive fragrant olive oils and handcrafted soaps.

Using modern organic farming practices, our slowly matured olives are and harvested in early winter and are cold pressed in a single pressing within hours of picking.
This premium quality olive oil is not filtered but naturally decanted and estate bottled. At Kiewa Estate we only produce quality extra virgin olive oil for our complete product range. Our four culinary olive oil varieties have their own distinct flavour.
- Manzanilla – golden, nutty with a taste of pepper
- Frantoio – green, silky and fruity with a hint of pepper
- Verdale – green, soft, earthy woodland falvour
- Leccino – green, thick , spicy and voluptuous
Like wine, olive oil varies by the year, but unlike wine, estate bottled oil cannot be made better with blending and bio-chemical fancywork. It is essentially only the juice pressed from the fruit.
